Contact form data

• Name, email, phone (optional), subject, message — Purpose: handling your request. Retention: 3 years from the last contact (CNIL recommendation — French data protection authority — for prospect / customer management).

Technical server logs

• IP address, User-Agent, request timestamps, anti-spam file — Purpose: security, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Retention: 1 year maximum.

5. Data recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for the Viticulture Solutions team authorised to handle commercial requests. It is never transferred, rented or sold to third parties.

The site is hosted by InterServer Inc. (United States). This hosting implies a transfer of technical data (IP addresses, server logs) outside the European Union.

6. Cookies and trackers

The site uses the following cookies and trackers:

• PHPSESSID — Technical session cookie strictly necessary for the operation of the site. Duration: browser session. Exempt from consent (art. 82 of the French Informatique et Libertés Act).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — Anti-bot cookies set when the contact form is submitted, based on legitimate interest (form security, anti-bot protection). Exempt from consent.
• Google Maps — Third-party cookies set by Google only after your explicit consent via the banner displayed on the Contact page. No call to Google Maps is made until you click "Accept and show the map".
